Conditions depending on cooperation type:

Usual cooperation on commission basis:  Our company secures discount of different amount depending on accommodation – to a travel agency / group when the prices are brutto, when netto than Travel Agency – Tour Operator / Group forms it's own price. In every case the prices given are not higher than directly at accommodation. Deposit for reservation is needed and it 's amount is variable from accommodation to accommodation. Our company is at guests disposal 24/7.

Allotmant contract cooperation with guaranteed selling procentage: When Travel Agency – Tour Operator / Group guarantees a XXXX procentage of capacity selling for a certain period Travel Agency – Tour Operator / Group has the right on additional discount. Condition for this cooperation type is minimum 50 % of guaranteed reservations of certain number of rooms/apartments for a period which should not be shorter than 60 days

Exclusive representative for Montenegro: This type of cooperation is for larger companies – Tour Operators. In this cooperation type In Montenegro Travel negotiates with hotels, private accommodation, transport companies, rent a car companies on behalf of the Company. In Montenegro Travel gives it's best in order of negotiating the best price. Entire office, staff and thecnical and any other support is provided from In Montenegro Travel to a contracted company. In Montenegro Travel as a representative has a right of 2 % fee on every reservation which Company – Tour Operator is obligated  to confirm. In Montenegro Travel also does not conclude contracts and does not offer it's services to other companies which could at any case, time or market be competition to the company, only in case and for the name of the contracted company it is alowed to do so.

Fixed allotmant renting: Type of cooperation when Travel Agency – Tour Operator or company wants to rent for a period which can not be shorter than 70 days and capacity of minimum 10 rooms a hotel or other accommodation type. In this case contracted company is needed to pay deposit which the two parts agrre about the conditions but which should not be later than 3 months before the planed day of guests first arrival. Note : at accommodations which belong to In Montenegro Travel or our company has rented for a longer period Travel Agency – Tour Operator or company applies for a discount begining from 30 %.
